The Exporta conference in the Netherlands this week for the 9th Annual Europe Trade & Supply Chain Finance Conference which was held at the Sofitel Legend The Grand hotel in central Amsterdam.
Day one was chaired by Dominic Broom (Managing Director Treasury Services at BNY Mellon) and day two by Thomas de With (Managing Director and head of Global Transaction Banking, Netherlands for Deutsche Bank) the conference covered such subjects as The Hidden Costs in Supply Chain, African Export Finance and offshore currency settlement. The two day event had many distinguished speakers including ING Commercial Banking's senior economist Teunis Brosens and SWIFT's Head of Trade & Supply Chain Andre Casterman.
PSI sponsored the event and were present in the exhibition area. After the conference PSIs John Nash (Global Head of Sales & Marketing) and SWIFTs Andre Casterman met and discussed the future and growth of the TSU and of BPO and how PSI and SWIFT could further collaborate in the future. Andre also congratulated PSI on the renewal of our SWIFT Ready Label.
